This website takes two approaches. First, it includes a “basic information and tips” kind of approach for people new to Paleo / Primal style dieting and nutrition. Hopefully this provides a good introduction for those new to the subject, and even for those a little more familiar, maybe something will be gleaned from seeing someone else’s take on the subject. Not everything is going to be strict, orthodox Paleo though.

The second approach is the blog where I might discuss things in more detail or to highlight something interesting I have seen. I don’t profess to be an expert though (and please show me when I am confused). I am just some guy that got interested in this stuff for health reasons.  I have lost 50 pounds by excluding grains from my diet (though the last 10 to 20 pounds have been more problematic.)
